What a long strange trip it's been. I started the journey to Spellfire back in 1977 playing D&D where the most notable quote was from the Tomb of Horrors..."Something green falls on you... you die" as my then girl friend enters the room and I leave. To this day I still here about it. Flash forward to the mid 90s, resurrected playing D&D on a lunchtime basis at work but we always seem to be rehashing want we did yesterday when we literally stumbled across Spellfire and I've been playing ever since.
Graduating from Longwood in 1986 with a B.S. in Nuclear Physics, I was meandered in the DoD world (if I told you what I did, I'd have to kill you) for 4 years before ending up at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center (Yes - I am a Rocket Scientist!). I'm currently in line management producing World Class Scientific IT applications and web services. I'm a DINK (Double Income No Kids) but do have a zoo (4 dogs and 2 cats) and a farm (ok a large garden and lots of flower beds) that keep me quite busy.
When I'm not in the garden or at work, I run the on-line site S3 Limited (Steve's Spellfire Site) for the past 6 years providing Spellfire product to the masses but it is getting harder and harder to find sources of supply. I'm currently the Spellfire card-master and member of the Spellfire Council responsible for creating the last three sticker booster sets (Inquisition, Millennium and Chaos).
